After a two year run of posting about a different coffee every Friday for #whatsCTpulling I am taking a break and mixing up the format. I receive questions all the time from people asking for coffee and roaster recommendations and how I go about choosing the coffees I buy and drink. So, I'm going to try and make this more interactive and participatory by keeping it a bit more real time.
I will be posting incoming and new coffees to Instagram and try and keep the posts a bit more real time with dial in and thoughts on working through them rather than posting longer summaries and back stories here. My thought is also to do a post maybe once or twice a month highlighting some of the really good coffees that I've had and how I'm brewing them, but I would really love to hear from any readers regarding what you all would want to see and what might be beneficial to those starting to venture off to new and exciting roasters and coffees.
